~ Taking your knowledge of who your recent ancestors were and
any information which you can obtain from your relatives, GSGS will use national
and local sources, indexes and documentation to extend our knowledge of the
history of your family.
~ The results of this extensive research will be presented to you in a detailed
Research Report . This will explain the research process and describe the
records searched. It will contain the results of all the searches conducted
for you, whether positive or negative, and copies of the records which have
been obtained. Our current knowledge of your family will be illustrated by
a pedigree chart or family tree which incorporates the original information
known to you and the new relationships found. Suggestions for further research
will be made.
~ On receipt of the Research Report, you can decide whether you wish to proceed
to a subsequent stage of investigation on this family. Alternatively, you
may wish to learn more about one of the other surnames found in your ancestry.
If so, GSGS will be pleased to help you to learn more about that family too.
